Our applicants undergo a rigorous background investigation including:
- Criminal Check
- Driving History
- Work References
- Sex Offender Check
- Drug Screening
- Social Security Verification
Our nannies must be at least 20 years old with a minimum of 2 years’ experience and verifiable references. They must successfully complete Nannies & Housekeepers Training, as well as have current CPR and First Aid Certification.
How Do You Book A Nanny? It’s simple!
STEP 1: Booking a Nanny
Contact the agency with your request for a nanny at least 3 hours before you need her to arrive. Exceptions may be made for less than a 2-hour notice, depending upon nanny availability. We are eager to serve you and are usually able to fill last-minute requests. After booking, a confirmation and nanny resume, with photo and references, will be faxed or emailed to the hotel for your review.
STEP 2: At Your Booking
The nanny will arrive at the hotel dressed in a Nannies & Housekeepers’ polo shirt. The nanny will have you sign a release form authorizing her to seek medical attention in case of an emergency. The form also provides a space to indicate if it is okay for the nanny to take the children out of the hotel room and/or off the hotel property. Children will remain in the hotel room unless written permission is given by the parent or legal guardian. Our nannies will bring games, books, and other age-appropriate activities for the children.
STEP 3: After Your Booking
Nannies & Housekeepers charges a flat rate of $45 per hour. There is a 4-hour minimum for all In-Room Nanny Services. At this time, we only accept major credit cards for this service and payment is due upon reserving the nanny. Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s rates are subject to change. There is also a $10 nonrefundable reservation fee. Reservations made less than 2 hours in advance will be charged a $25.00.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your reservation, please call at least 4 hours in advance to avoid being billed for the full 4 hours ($180).
