THE ROAD BEGINS HERE

All applicants must be able to successfully meet/pass the following criteria:

  • At least 20 years old
  • Possess a minimum of 2 years of recent experience with a private employer (other than friends or relatives) in the specific field for which you are applying
  • Excellent, verifiable references (if we cannot contact all of your previous employers, you will not qualify to be placed through us)
  • Legal eligibility to work in the United States
  • Current with First aid Training and CPR certification (required for childcare positions)
  • Criminal, drivers’ record and sex offender checks
  • Drug screening
  • Social Security verification
  • Agree that information about families you interview or work with will be kept strictly confidential
  • Adhere to a high standard of practices and code of ethics
  • You need to have the ability to be actively engaged with the children at all times.
  • You need to drive a car that is safe for children.

All candidates go through this rigorous screening to be considered as a registrant with our agency. After reviewing your applicant profile and determining that you may be a potential candidate for representation, we will invite you in for a face-to-face interview (by appointment only) to get to know you, your background and what you seek from a professional position with a client. Our human resources department will check your references and then the road begins to securing you a wonderful position as a household professional. Please note that we do not guarantee placement – you must meet all requirements and have exceptional references.
